After a three-year break, Philatelia took place again at the MOC on March 4 and 5, 2023. The BPP e.V. was traditionally present with a stand. The number of visitors was immense, which was also reflected in the number of consultations. The advice of the BPP examiners present was sought a total of 185 times. In addition to the topics of stamp authenticity and gumming, the possibilities for utilizing estates were also a frequent topic.
Once again, it was confirmed how important independent and competent advice is for collectors, especially when it comes to loss prevention.
